Aiming at introducing new raw materials in our manufacturing process, we have incorporated two new references in FKM (fluoro rubber) to our catalogue:

- FKM Hose, extruded and without reinforcement, in diameters ranging from 3 to 10 mm.
- CN-FKM, Thread O-ring in FKM, diameter 5 to 10 mm FKM belongs to the fluoroelastomers (international standard ASTM D1418), equivalent to FPM -ISO/DIN 1629 and generally known as Viton.

These rubbers offer additional resistance to heat and chemicals. FKM divides into different types depending on the chemical composition, the fluoride content and cross-linking mechanism.

Great resistance

Fluoropolymers have excellent thermal resistance and keep their elastic properties even at steady work temperatures of 200ªC.

They have proved high absorption capacity after being tested with mineral oils, fuels, acids, solvents and a variety of chemicals.

It is the best choice for automotive and hydraulic hoses, due to its fuel and thermal resistance.
